Returns

We want you to be confident in every purchase from BraapBuilt.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away.

We will review the issue and make it right through a replacement or refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Used products (unless defective upon arrival)

Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the mistake was on our end.
